Hello,
I recently started trying Bookworm for Notion and really like the concept of syncing Kindle highlights into Notion.
However, I ran into an issue when trying to connect Kindle. The login page appears to use Amazon.com, but my Kindle account is associated with Amazon.co.jp (Japan).
Because of this, the Kindle sign-in does not seem to work correctly.
Could you please let me know if Amazon.co.jp Kindle accounts are supported, or if there is any workaround for users in Japan?
Thank you for building this tool. I’d love to use it if this issue can be resolved.
Best regards

Hi there, you can change the domain now if you make sure the extension is updated to the latest version and then:
- Click the Bookworm icon in your browser toolbar. If you don't see it, click the extension icon
- Click the settings icon gear icon in the top right of the popup.
- Select Amazon Region and choose your store.
- Click Done and grant the browser permission when prompted.

Thanks for your reply.
I was able to sign in with the same account I use for Amazon.co.jp. However, I still don’t see any books or highlights in https://read.amazon.com/notebook
.
So although the login works, my Kindle content does not appear to be available there.
Could you please confirm whether Amazon.co.jp accounts are officially supported?

Hey there and thanks for your interest in the app and reporting the issue.
Does https://read.amazon.com/landing allow you to sign in with the same account you use for Amazon.co.jp? Do you see any error if you try this?
I've tested with my account, which is usually used with Amazon.ca, but I can also sign into the Amazon.com and see my highlights at https://read.amazon.com/notebook
